Nicole Eastman and Waylon Holbrook and their sons, Liam, 7, and Xander, 7 months, will be investing plenty of “sweat equity” into helping build their new home in Kennebunkport. The home will be the first York County Habitat for Humanity home built specifically for a veteran. Holbrook, a U.S. Army veteran, served in Iraq. The family currently lives in a Saco apartment.
