OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited from Nov. 13 to Dec. 3.

• Brandi Tait, 26, of 36 Smithwheel Road, Apt. B, was summonsed at 7:24 a.m. on Nov. 13 and charged with operating after suspension.

• Toni Macquinn, 47, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on Nov. 15 and charged with operating while intoxicated. 

• Gibson Decline, 23, of 3248 NW 35th St., Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, was summonsed at 6:58 a.m. on Nov. 15 and charged with operating without a license.

• Jeffrey Hill, 26, of 125 Portland Ave., Apt. 8, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant at 8:05 p.m. on Nov. 1.

• Kayla Pomelow, 35, of 142 East Grand Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 9:16 a.m. on Nov. 18 and charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

• Abigail Cabot, 27, of 114 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at 4:03 a.m. on Nov. 19 and charged with domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.

• Sarah Champagne, 39, of 161 Saco Ave., Apt. 114, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant at 10:24 a.m. on Nov. 19.

• Mark Mahoney, 53, of 22 Coolidge Ave., Saco, was summonsed at 12:51 p.m. on Nov. 20, and charged with operating with a suspended registration.

• Fredy Salome Ramirez Aleman, 20, of 879 Congress St., Apt. 2, Portland, was summonsed on Nov. 25 and charged with operating a vehicle with a license expired more than 90 days. 

• Brenda Daigle, 52, of 68 Grasshopper Lane, Lyman, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on Nov. 25 and charged with violating conditions of release and operating a vehicle without a license. 

• Stephen Libby, 39, of 97 Ocean Park Road, Saco, was summonsed at 2:10 p.m. on Nov. 26 and charged with failure to register a vehicle. 

• Kristin Waddell, 32, of 90 Saco Ave., Apt. 2, Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 8:49 a.m. on Nov. 30 and charged with truancy. 

• Nicholas Demeule, 21, of 4 Wood Island Acres, Biddeford, was summonsed at 2:56 a.m. on Dec. 2 and charged with assault and violating conditions of release.

• Cristian Macovei, 31, of 33 Union Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed at 9:18 a.m. on Dec. 2 and charged with keeping a dangerous dog. 

• Willard Radley, 46, of 24 Portland Ave., Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed on Dec. 3 at 10:03 p.m. and charged with two warrants.
