BETWEEN MONDAY, JAN. 8 AND FRIDAY, JAN. 19, anyone can try People Plus fitness classes for free. People Plus routinely offers more than a dozen fitness classes each week, varying from Table Tennis to Tai Chi, Yoga, Zumba, Chair Yoga, Line Dancing, Quigong, Aerobics Lite and the Loosen Up/Strengthening class. All of the exercise classes at People Plus are for any level. All instructed courses are regularly available to members for $5 a session. Class fees will reinstate on Jan. 22.
