Letter to the editor: When will newspaper limit its use of plastic delivery bags?

I so enjoyed the Jan. 7 Maine Sunday Telegram overview of recycling etiquette. When will newspaper companies pledge to dispense with the use of daily plastic bags except when the weather may warrant them? Meridy Lippoldt Portland
