He was born in Biddeford, on July 27, 1950, the second son of Daniel and Germaine Peck. Bobby was educated in the Saco school system and graduated from Thornton Academy.
After high school Bobby served in the United States Army. Upon his discharge he worked at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, a local factory and most recently as a night watchman at the Saco Yacht Club. He thought of the club as “home.”
All three of the Peck sons inherited a love of fishing from their dad. Bobby was an avid fisherman. He also loved to go clamming and take along any family member or friend who wanted to go with him. He taught people how to shuck the clams and shared his recipe for delicious clam cakes.
Bobby was a self taught, proficient guitar player. His favorite performers were Jerry Garcia, Jimi Hendrix, and the Beatles.
Family was important to him. He enjoyed spending time with friends, especially his longtime, loyal friend Rabbi. Bobby was a New York sports team fan. The New York Giants were his favorite.
Bobby was a gentle soul who loved to laugh and to watch Three Stooges Movies.
He is predeceased by his parents, his beloved daughter, Marci Peck, his brother Dan Peck, and his sister Margaret Brown.
He is survived by his sisters Helen Sylvestre, Shirley Peck and her wife Nancy Ringel, and Joyce McGee and her husband John.
