2/11 1:36 a.m. Andrew C. Wright, 28, of Court Street in Bath, was arrested at Portland Pie Company on Maine Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

2/11 at 10:24 p.m. Peter J. Bernaiche, 30, of Moontide Lane, was arrested at the Big Apple Store on Pleasant Street by Sgt. Justin Dolci on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating with a suspended registration.

2/12 at 5:44 p.m. Gilles A. Poulin, 38, no address listed, was arrested at Cumberland Street by Officer Kerry Wolongevicz on charges of assault on an officer, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

2/13 at 1:38 a.m. Frederick Hunnewell, 18, of Pownal Road in New Gloucester, was arrested at Mill Street and Cumberland Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

2/13 at 11 a.m. Tyler M. Blasi, 21, of Woodlawn Avenue in Kittery, was arrested by Sgt. Jonathan O’Connor at Mid Coast Hospital on Medical Center Drive on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating conditions of release.

2/13 at 10:32 p.m. Jacob D. Sawyer, 34, of Wardtown Road in Freeport, was arrested at McKeen Street and Stanwood Street by Officer Patrick Scott on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/13 at 11:35 p.m. Derek D. Michaud, 42, of Orrs Island, was arrested at Gurnet Road and Coombs Road by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/9 at 1:04 p.m. Trista Garcia, 34, no address listed, was issued a summons at Hannaford on Elm Street by Officer Brian Funke on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

2/11 at 12:56 a.m. Eric Mah, 19, of Kensington Street in Newton, Massachusetts, was issued a summons at Lighthouse Variety and Deli on Harpswell Road on a charge of a minor possessing liquor. 

2/11 at 10:08 a.m. John Haven Willis, 43, no address listed, was issued a summons at Hannaford on Elm Street by Officer Patrick Mahar on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespassing.
