MaineVoices Live features 1:1 conversations between Portland Press Herald writers and notable Maine voices. Audience members can expect a memorable night and a chance for Q&A at the end.

Robert Moody has been Music Director of the Winston-Salem Symphony since 2005, Artistic Director of Arizona Musicfest since 2007, and Music Director of the Portland Symphony Orchestra since 2008. He is now finishing his tenth and final season with the PSO. In May, Moody will conduct Gustav Mahler’s Resurrection Symphony for his last performances in Portland before moving to Tennessee to focus on his new job as music director for the Memphis Symphony.

Robert Moody will be interviewed by Allan Kozinn, a former music critic for The New York Times who lives in Portland and covers classical music for the Press Herald.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
