The South Portland police asked for the public’s help to locate a 31-year-old man who has medical conditions that prevent him from finding his way home himself.

The police tweeted shortly after that Colgage had been found near the Maine Mall.

Jeremiah Colgage, of Heron Cove, left his home sometime after 7:15 a.m. Tuesday.

A police dog was unsuccessful in tracking him, and a search of the area did not immediately locate Colgage, police said.
