While protecting our children/students should be our first priority, President Trump needs to remember it’s not just the schools that need protecting. It’s also churches, movie theaters, concert halls, office buildings, shopping centers – and anywhere else a gunman could find a crowd.
Do we put armed guards everywhere? All so the NRA can take blood money from gun manufacturers and funnel it to politicians?
NRA members may be arguing for the right to bear arms, but the people behind the scenes who are fanning the flames are all about the money. They use it to brainwash the voters and ensure the “right” people get elected.
They’re hoping the furor will die down after Florida’s latest shooting. I’m hoping the tipping point has already been reached.
