Former Greely standout Moira Train, left, South Portland’s Maddie Hasson, Brunswick’s Lydia Caputi, Presque Isle’s Hannah Graham and Bangor’s Cordelia Stewart had a lot to smile about last week after helping Bowdoin’s women’s basketball team to the Division III national championship game. The Polar Bears finished 29-3 after a 65-45 setback to undefeated, repeat champion Amherst in the final game in Rochester, Minnesota. Caputi had seven points, Stewart four and Hasson two.
