Maine State Music Theatre is celebrating 60 years of Broadway-style performances in Brunswick this year. Tickets for the 2018 season will go on sale at midnight on April 24, 2018. There is a limited number of single tickets available, and the nonprofit recommends buying early.

This season’s slate of performances include:

• “Million Dollar Quartet,” recalling the meeting of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis. June 6-23

• Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast.” June 27-July 14.

• Saturday Night Fever.” July 18-Aug. 4.

• “Singin’ in the Rain.” Aug. 8-25

In addition to its main stage shows, the theater will offer a Monday Performance Series. For the first time, this series is also offered as a subscription. Shows include:

• “I Love a Piano,” the celebration of the music and lyrics of Irving Berlin. June 18.

• “Bye Bye Birdie.” July 30.

• “The Best of MSMT,” a celebration of and a tribute to Maine State Music Theatre’s last 60 years, featuring favorite performers from past and present seasons.

Also on tap this season — Theatre for Young Audiences shows include “Cinderella” on June 13 and 16 and “Pinocchio” on Aug. 20.
