Two southern Maine companies that specialize in residential and commercial septic system work have merged.
G&F Septic Service Inc. of East Waterboro joined A1 Environmental Services in Wells, according to a statement released Tuesday. The merged company will operate under the A1 Environmental name.
It will have 17 employees, a fleet of 19 service trucks, septic system services, rentals of roll-off containers and 900 portable toilets.
The expanded A1 Environmental offers services to commercial, municipal and residential customers from Seabrook, New Hampshire, to Portland and inland from Rochester, New Hampshire, to Waterboro and Windham.
A1 Environmental previously acquired G&F Portable Toilet Service in 2014.
