I live in Scarborough so am unable to vote for Richard Rottkov in the Democratic primary in House District 32. I wish I could. I worked beside Richard for several years at South Portland High School and his dedication to the students was excellent. He always gave an effort that was above and beyond the call of duty and job requirements. He does nothing without taking it seriously, which is why I know he will make a great state representative.
