5/23 at 5:09 p.m. Conner MacVane, 23, of Mineral Spring Road, Windham, was arrested on Shore Road by Officer Rory Benjamin on charges of violating conditions of release, theft, and misuse of credit identification

5/24 at 1:40 a.m. Vanessa J. Levesque, 32, of Mechanic Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 77 on charges of operating under the influence and possession of a scheduled drug.
