Frayla Tarpinian’s thoughtful approach to addressing people struggling with opioid addiction and mental illness lead me to support her as our next Cumberland County district attorney. Frayla is both caring and experienced, which will help her implement new programs to assist our vulnerable community members. She also knows that not only is it the right thing to do, it will save our tax payer dollars.

Frayla believes in implementing diversion programs to prevent people from entering the criminal justice system, and minimizing the exposure to it. She recognizes that jail does not provide treatment and, in many instances, only exacerbates the underlying trauma conditions that lead to problematic conduct in the first place. Frayla has a bold vision for the future of criminal justice in Cumberland County.

I ask you to join me in voting for social and criminal justice, and voting for Frayla Tarpinian for Cumberland County district attorney in the June 12 Democratic primary.
