Rachel Talbot Ross is the only woman of color currently serving in the Maine House of Representatives. With her background, knowledge and lived experiences she brings important, underappreciated perspectives to the Maine Legislature – perspectives that will be lost if she is defeated on June 12.

Rachel’s district – House District 40 – is one of the most racially and ethnically diverse in all of Maine. One can only wonder why she, of the 59 incumbent House Democrats, is the only one facing a primary challenge. In the era of Donald Trump and resurgent white supremacy, this is unacceptable. Vote for Rachel Talbot Ross in the June 12 Democratic primary.
