FREEPORT — Voters in Freeport and Durham on Tuesday approved a $33 million budget for Regional School Unit 5.
The spending plan for fiscal year 2019, up $747,340, or 2.3 percent, from current spending, was approved in Freeport by a vote of 1,837-470 and in Durham by a vote of 553-364.
Election results from Pownal, the third town in RSU5, were not available Tuesday night.
