I hate to write you, but it seems the delivery of your paper is very poor.
I live in a building that has elderly and handicapped people who can’t get to a store and buy a paper. Since we pay in advance, we should get a paper like the stores do.
It seems you think it’s OK for us to not get a paper. In the last few months I only received four papers out of seven papers. I’ve called several times about this and still get “we can’t help it.” I am unable to get out; it’s unfair.
I’m sorry, but I look forward to my paper. I am 86 years old.
