Softball: Grace McGouldrick, Gorham The pitcher/shortstop hit nearly .700 and is heading to the University of Maine. LaBreck, Thornton Academy The junior midfielder raised his game, especially at the most important times, for the Class A champions. Boys’ outdoor track: Cayden Spencer-Thompson, Mattanawcook The junior swept the New England championships in the triple jump and long jump while rewriting the Maine record books. Boys’ tennis: Nick Forester, Falmouth The ambidextrous junior won state titles as an individual and with his team. Boys’ tennis: 2018 Maine Sunday Telegram All-State team Falmouth and Waynflete each get two players on the eight-man squad. Girls’ tennis: Grace Campanella, Kennebunk The sophomore returned from injury to capture the state singles championship. Girls’ tennis: 2018 Maine Sunday Telegram All-State team Sisters Grace and Rosemary Campanella are repeat selections, along with Greely's Izzy Evans.
