The people of Maine and I are becoming weary of having to inundate Sens. Collins and King with texts and faxes and phone calls just for them to do their jobs. We are in a very dark place in American history and I expected more pushback from my senators.
We must not push the court so far to the right that the next 20 years will be gridlock or a complete rollback of rights. There is no reason an administration under federal investigation should be able to appoint a judge to the Supreme Court. I plead with my senators to vote “no.”
