FALMOUTH — The towns of Falmouth, Yarmouth and Cumberland are sponsoring Tri-Town Drive Electric, an event that will be held Sunday, Sept. 9, from noon-3 p.m. at TideSmart Global on U.S. Route 1.
This event is part of National Drive Electric Week, which is designed to heighten awareness of the availability, convenience and benefits of all-electric and hybrid vehicles.
The free, public event will include speakers, demonstrations of electric vehicles and children’s activities. In addition, TideSmart will offer tours of its Viridescent House, the first net-positive certified passive building in Maine.
