Arrests

9/20 at 8:39 p.m. John S. Morgan, 56, of Brookline, New Hampshire, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Nicholas Bedard on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/21 at 10:36 p.m. Michael S. McDonald, 20, of High Street, was arrested on Bath Road by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/22 at 10:07 p.m. Stephanie M. Perkins, 34, of Hill Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Matthew Nicholson on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/22 at 11:42 p.m. Chynna A. Chase, 21, of Davis Court, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Brandon Curtis on charges of disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle without a license. 

9/24 at 6:20 p.m. Lisa J. Pettis, 29, of Chewonki Neck Road, Wiscasset, was arrested on Tibbetts Drive by Officer Joshua Bernier on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/19 at 7:03 p.m. William G. Scott, 20, of Cumberland Street, was issued a summons at Tedford Shelter on Cumberland Street by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on a charge of criminal mischief. 

9/20 at 10:44 p.m. Eric Cartonio, 34, of Middlesex Road, Topsham, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Nicholas Bedard on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/24 at 6:01 a.m. Immacolata Livecchi, 66, of Mud Run Road, Canaan, was issued a summons on Mason Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of operating a vehicle without a license and operating after license suspension.
