9/19 at 9:05 p.m. Andrea Wood, 48, no address listed, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Charles Road by Officer Rory Benjamin on a charge of barking/howling dog disturbing the peace. 

9/21 at 7:46 p.m. Suzan Backer, 62, no address listed, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Broad Cove Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of failing to provide proof of insurance. 

9/22 at 5:45 p.m. Alfred Lambert, 50, no address listed, of Portland, was issued a summons on Shore Road by Officer Benjamin Davis on a charge of operating an uninspected motor vehicle. 

9/18 at 8:30 p.m. Karen Doughty, 49, no address listed, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Woodland Road by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on charges of violating conditions of release, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.
