10/20 at 1:27 a.m. Taylor N. Bright, 21, of Stovers Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Station Avenue by Officer Brandon Curtis on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

10/21 at 9:55 p.m. Nye H. Richardson, 55, of Hugh Avenue, Bailey Island, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/18 at 12:47 p.m. Theresa Rubenstein, 58, of Water Street, was issued a summons on Stone Street by Officer Richard Cutliffe on a charge of assault.

10/18 at 11:40 p.m. Jeremy T. Steenson, 34, of Estes Drive, West Bath, was issued a summons at Bath Road and Medical Center Drive by Officer Christopher Wolongevicz on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation.

10/20 at 5:09 p.m. Christopher M. Menchaca, 24, of Harpswell Islands Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons on Pleasant Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/20 at 6:11 p.m. Nicholas Z. Day, 20, of Providence Junction, New Jersey, was issued a summons on Weymouth Street by Officer Joshua Bernier on a charge of minor consuming liquor.

10/21 at 12:15 a.m. Brandon Lopez, 21, of Amesbury, Massachusetts, was issued a summons on Bowker Street by Officer Garrett Decker on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

10/21 at 12:15 a.m. Benjamin Osterholtz, 21, of Amherst, New Hampshire, was issued a summons on Bowker Street by Officer Brandon Curtis on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

10/23 at 5:26 p.m. Jessica M. Click, 40, of Holbrook Road, Harpswell, was issued a summons at Walmart by Officer Joshua Bernier on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violating condition of release.
