OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of of individuals arrested or issued a summons from Aug. 27 to Sept. 2.

• David Shorey, 56, of Scarborough, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault at 10:18 p.m. on Aug. 27.

• Carl Fernand, 27, of Hydet Park, Massachusetts was arrested for burglary to a residence at 10:19 p.m. on Aug, 27.

• Giles LeBlanc, 63, of L’ancienne-Lorette, Quebec, Canada, was issued a summons for cruelty to animals – deprives of food/shelter/medical care/clean conditions at 2:55 p.m. on Aug, 28.

• A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested for burglary to a residence at 6:55 p.m on Aug. 28.

• Megan Stoppe, 20, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor at 3:06 p.m. on Aug. 29.

• Brendan Giroux, 18, of Acton, Massachusetts was issued a summons for illegal possession of liquor by a minor at 12:52 a.m. on Aug. 31.

• William Charland, 34, of Old Orchard Beach was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation at 5:06 p.m. on Aug. 31.

• Nelsoun Banga, 23, of Portland, was issued a summons for violating the ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors at 9:25 p.m. on Aug. 31.

• Joshua Palmer, 29, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on a warrant at 11:41 p.m. on Aug. 31.

• Tyler Hunter, 21, of Ossipee, New Hampshire, was issued a summons for assault at 12:02 a.m. on Sept. 1.

• Michael Amico, 47, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons for operating after suspension with prior suspension not operating under the influence at 9:14 a.m. on Sept. 1.

• Jackson Smith, 19, of Wilmington, Massachusetts, was issued a summons and charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor at 10:16 a.m. on Sept. 1.

• Michael Mongillo, 58, of Southington, Connecticut was issued a summons and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled W drug at 5:28 p.m. on Sept. 1.

• Robert Insani, 52, of Southborough, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with assault, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention – physical force at 9:52 p.m. on Sept. 1.

• Dylan Cluff, 25, of Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct – fighting in a public place at 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 2.
