Kathleen Pierce
Kathy Duca, manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate office located at 285 Ocean House Road in Cape Elizabeth, announced that Kathleen Pierce was recognized for outstanding achievement and named Broker of the Month in October for superior sales.
As a long time resident of Cape Elizabeth, Pierce is an active member of the community. She is married to Ken Pierce, an attorney at Monaghan Leahy Law Firm. They have two sons, Will and Matty.
Kathleen is a graduate of Boston College and is involved in the Alumnia Association.
Previous to selling, Pierce appraised real estate for 12 years
