WELLS – The following people were charged by Wells Police from Nov. 9 through Nov. 18:

• Patrick Spragg, 33, of Wells was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and operating without a license at 11:32 p.m. Nov. 9 following a citizen complaint on Meetinghouse Road. Spragg was taken to York County Jail.

• Matthew Grubb, 34, of Wells, was issued a summons charging he failed to register a vehicle for more than 150 days  following a traffic stop on Post Road at 10:24 a.m. Nov. 10.

• Claire Boynton, 25, of Sanford was arrested and charged with operating under the influence following a report of a vehicle off the roadway on Bald Hill Road at 3:45 a.m. Nov. 16. Boynton was later released from Wells Police custody on personal recognizance bail.

• Walter Robinson, 49, Kittery was issued a was summons at 6:34 a.m. Nov. 17 charging he left the scene of an accident following a report of a collision on Post Road.

• Sandy Gregoire, 59, of Wells, was arrested and charged with for operating under the influence following a motor vehicle complaint on Post Road at 4:57 p.m. Nov. 18. Gregoire was later released from Wells Police custody on personal recognizance bail.
