11/19 at 5:31 p.m. Sean Michael Cobb, 23, of Rooster Ridge, Windham, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

11/21 at 8:25 p.m. Jessica L. Gaddas, 42, of Issley Street, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Holly Thompson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

11/22 at 1:31 a.m. Dawn M. Warren, 59, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Holly Thompson on a charge of operating under the influence. 

11/25 at 9:02 a.m. Daniel L. Gardner, 23, of Park Road, Westbrook, was arrested on Payne Road and Scarborough Drive on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating bail condition of release. 

11/25 at 1:10 p.m. Nicholas A. Esposito-Philpot, 30, of River Road, Windham, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard and Payne Road by Sgt. Timothy Barker on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
