12/15 at 11:21 p.m. Vincent Nappi, 20, of South Portland, was arrested on West Wainwright Circle by Officer Ryan M. Johns on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime. 

12/15 at 4:43 p.m. A 15-year-old female, of South Portland, was arrested on East Wainwright Circle by Officer Ryan Johns on a charge of probation violation.

12/16 at 9:40 a.m. Kayla Keith, 30, of South Portland, was arrested on Willow Street by Officer Caleb Gray on outstanding warrants from another agency.

12/16 at 8:57 p.m. Max Saale, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Kim Theriault on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

12/19 at 1:44 a.m. Mark Morin, 40, of Portland, was arrested on Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Gerrish on charges of operating under the influence, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, possession of a prohibited firearm and failing to inform law enforcement of a firearm.

12/19 at 8:56 p.m. Roger N. Paradis, 40, of Sanford, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Eric Young on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth. 

12/20 at 8:40 p.m. Diane R. Tompkins, 68, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Ocean Street by Officer Nicolas Dascanio on charges of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child. 

12/21 at 1:44 a.m. Blake Alexander, 23, of South Portland, was arrested on Southwell Avenue by Officer Anthony Verville on charges of operating under the influence, motor vehicle speeding 30 or more mph over the speed limit and violating condition of release.
