WELLS – The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police between Jan. 3 and Jan. 4, 2019:

• Nicole Breton, 39, of Wells, was issued a summons charging she drove on Sanford Road while her license was suspended or revoked. She is scheduled to appear at York District Court on March 19 to answer the charge.

• Michael Brown, 29, of Lebanon, was arrested on a New Hampshire warrant charging failure to appear in court after a traffic stop on Sanford Road. As well, he was charged with operating with a suspended registration. He was not allowed bail on the warrant and was remanded to the York County Jail.

• Luke Soucie, 36, of Wells, was arrested on warrant charging domestic violence assault. He was unable to post the required bail and was remanded to the York County Jail.
