BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from Feb. 16 to Feb. 25:

• Abdikadir A. Nur, 19, of Auburn, was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.

• Khalid A. Gurhan, 24, of Portland, was issued a summons for terrorizing and violating condition of release.

• Blair M. Cote, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.

• Scott A. Profenno, 43, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for keeping an unlicensed dog.

• Shaun E. Spencer, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for attaching false license plates, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, and violating condition of release.

• Heather M. Cordwell, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.

• Marlene J. Bowling, 39, of Manchester Center, Vermont, was arrested for domestic violence (assault) and criminal mischief.

• Donald E. Stewart, 37, of Saco, was issued a summons for forgery.

• Michelle L. Caron, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Kevin R. Allen, 34, of Wells, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

• Dana A. Connolly, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

• A juvenile, 13, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for criminal mischief.

• Brittany M. Davis, 30, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked and operating motor vehicle with an expired license (over 90 days).

• Jordan Berube, 23, of Transient, was issued a summons for theft by receiving stolen property and unsworn falsification.

• Benjamin B. York, 39, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release and illegal possession of a firearm.

• Rachelle L. Leavitt, 37, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violating condition of release.

• Whitney M. Lasher, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for littering.

• Shania M. White, 21, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• Christopher R. Saunders, 40, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Zouhair A. Bouzrara, 57, of Biddeford, was arrested for assault and violating condition of release.

• Charmagn M. Cody, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for violating condition of release.

• A juvenile, 15, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Garrett M. Blaine, 25, of Kennebunk, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol) and violating condition of release.

• David C. Milner, 26, of Scarborough, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).

• Peter D. Doyer, 28, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Anamika Chaudhari, 45, of South Portland, was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.

• Ricky S. Lafrance, 44, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Gina M. Newsome, 25, of Kennebunkport, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence (alcohol).

• David Milner, 26, of Scarborough, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force) and violating condition of release.

• Justin Bergeron, 21, of Arundel, was arrested for criminal mischief and violating condition of release.

• Steven E. Raiche, 45, of Sanford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked (operating under the influence).

• Brent G. Macey, 65, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle after habitual offender revocation.

• Isaac S. Guptill, 22, of Biddeford, was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.

• Philip E. Menard, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for probation hold and violating protection from abuse order.
