2/27 at 10:11 a.m. Jason Gillig, 42, of Millay Road, Bowdoinham, was arrested by Officer Lucas Shirland on Lewiston Road on a charge of operating under the influence.

No criminal summonses were reported from Feb. 26 to March 3.
Fake Franklins
2/26 at 2:35 p.m. Police received the first of five complaints in one day from the Topsham Fair Mall area of counterfeit $100 bills being used. An as-yet-unidentified male and female are suspected of passing the bills at Hannaford, Beverly’s Card & Gift, Game Box, Joann Fabrics, and Renys. Officer Lucas Shirland responded, and the case has been referred to the U.S. Secret Service.
