BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from March 5 to March 11:

• Joshua A. Andrews, 24, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Jason Hitchcock, 33, of Lewiston, was issued a summons for assault.

• Melvin Paschal, 53, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Brian M. Bohn, 31, of Saco, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

• Muhammed S.Z. Al Rammahi, 20, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• A juvenile, 13, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana by a person under 21 years old.

• Julie A. Wassell, 34, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Benjamin B. Braasch, 71, of Portland, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Anthony C. Brown, 57, of Sanford, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

• Nicholas J. Scavuzzo, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Heather G. Bouchard, 42, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Kyle J. Desmarais, 37, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for aggravated assault.

• Peter E. Kukielski, 53, of Portland, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.

• Alex J. Lewis, 26, of Waterboro, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).

• Raif Tastepe, 46, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended or revoked.

• Bruce J. Fortney, 51, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence (assault).

• Jeremiah R. Swarthout, 47, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failing to register a motor vehicle.
