3/3 at 1:19 a.m. Jeffrey J. Woodbury, 59, of South Portland, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Eric Young on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/4 at 10:43 a.m. Jessica Gaddas, 43, of Westbrook, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connor on outstanding warrants from another agency, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.
