BIDDEFORD  — Emergency sewer work in Biddeford begun, Monday, March 18 into Tuesday, March 19, on Elm Street will continue another night from Tuesday, March 19 to Wednesday, March 20. The work will take place between 255 and 271 Elm St. Traffic will be limited to one lane from 7 p.m. tonight to 7 a.m. on Wednesday, March 19. Expect delays.
