3/21 at 3:44 a.m. Courtney L. Hanlon, 30, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Matthew Moorhouse on charges of operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license, and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
3/23 at 8:51 a.m. Samuel B. Chipman, 18, of High Bluff, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Mallett Drive and Durham Road by Officer William Brown on charges of criminal mischief and aggravated reckless conduct.
Summonses
3/19 at 3:02 p.m Michael R. Crozier, 45, of Donna Drive, Lisbon, was issued a summons on Route 196 by Officer Joshua Bernier for failure to register a vehicle.
3/22 at 9:26 p.m. Kathryn M. Martucci, 57, of Dunning Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Ash Point by Officer Garrett Decker on a charge of false public alarm or report.
