The Maine Credit Union League hired Robert Caverly as the new vice president of governmental affairs.
Caverly, of Chelsea. began working at the Maine State House in 2010 as the senior Policy advisor to Senate President Kevin Raye. In 2014, he was promoted to serve as chief of staff for Senate President Michael Thibodeau.

Rachelle Power
Rachelle Power was promoted to vice president of corporate programs at Geiger.
Power, of Auburn, joined the corporate programs division in 1994 as a program manager. She was promoted through the ranks to business development manager in 2006, and then director of sales, service and marketing in 2016.
Paula Stanton
Broadreach Public Relations promotes Paula Stanton to director of client development.
Stanton, of Portland, has a decade of experience in public relations and media for clients across New England and the Southeast. She joined Broadreach in 2016.
Hannah Whalen
The Maine Community Foundation promoted Hannah Whalen to director of philanthropy and donor services.
Whalen of Tremont was previously a senior foundation officer. In her new position, will continue to work with donors in Midcoast, Downeast, and Northern Maine to help find charitable solutions for their philanthropic goals.
