SACO — S&B Financial Services, located at Saco & Biddeford Savings Institution, Maine’s oldest bank, is pleased to announce that Lisa Dube of Saco has successfully earned the Series 6 and Series 63 registrations from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and promoted Gary Trempe of Saco to assistant vice president.

As a Registered Financial Services Assistant, Dube promotes the continued success of S&B Financial Services by enhancing client experience. These registrations will enable her to further assist clients working with unit investment trusts, trading mutual funds and preparing 529 college savings plans.

“Lisa’s customer service skills combined with her operational integrity have proven to be a great asset to us,” said Matthew Cyr, Senior Financial Advisor and Program Manager at S&B Financial Services. “Obtaining her FINRA registrations will allow her to continue to build upon those skills by serving our clients at a much deeper level.”

With a retail banking career spanning 20 years, Dube brings extensive experience and perspective that ensures the firm’s operational efficiency. She has consistently increased her knowledge and understanding of investments, suitability and compliance requirements to better suit clients’ needs. Originally from Biddeford, she has lived in Saco with her family for the last 25 years.

Trempe joined S&B Financial Services in July 2012 as a Financial Services Representative. He was promoted to his current position of Financial Advisor in June 2015. He resides in Saco with his family.
