NEW HIRES
Vitalius Real Estate Group hired Rachel Davey and Jes Wallimann as associate brokers in its downtown Portland real estate brokerage team.

Davey specializes in Portland and the surrounding towns. She previously worked as an elementary school teacher. She is also an active volunteer for Junior Achievement.

 

 

 

Wallimann brings an extensive knowledge of the Greater Portland single family, condo, and multi-family markets. She lives in South Portland and previously worked 11 years as an emergency room nurse.

 

 

 

OTELCO announced two hires.

Thomas Conley joined as a sales account executive in the company’s New Gloucester office.
Conley previously worked for Certify, Inc. as a marketing and local generation accounts development representative. He lives in Westbrook.

 

 

 

Gary Moran joined OTELCO as a senior voice and data network engineer in the company’s Portland office.

 

 

 

 

PROMOTIONS
OTELCO announced the promotion of Jermey Bennett to voice and data network engineer in its Bangor office.

Jane Harford, a member of the support staff at Allen Insurance and Financial, has obtained a license to sell property and casualty insurance in Maine.
Harford, of Belfast, joined the company in 2018 and works in their Camden office.

 

 

 

BOARD APPOINTMENTS

Kevin Ronan, associate broker at Alliance Realty in Westbrook, was selected to serve as co-chair for the Greater Portland Board of Realtors Legislative & Political Advocacy Committee.
Ronan, of Gray, will serve a two-year term as co-chair reporting to the board of directors.

Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty announced it was ranked in the Swanepoel Mega 1000 Real Estate Companies for 2018.
The realty company was ranked 674th in 2018 with a sales volume of $456 million, 818 transaction sides, and more than 70 full time agents.
