Arrests

5/17 at 6:35 a.m. Nicholas Votta, 26, of Bridge Street, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Christopher Balestra on U.S. Route 1 and charged with violating condition of release, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident.

5/19 at 12:46 a.m. Devin Musolff, 32, of Main Street, Richmond, was arrested by Officer Garrett Decker on U.S. Route 1 on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/20 at 4:29 p.m. Jason Bishop, 39, of Franklin Parkway, was arrested on a probation hold by Sgt. Edward Yurek on Tibbetts Drive and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

5/20 at 9:29 p.m. Debra Lully, 37, of Cumberland Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Brandon Curtis on Pleasant Street.
