5/25 at 2:52 a.m. Leanna Manuel, 20, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license.

5/25 at 7:03 p.m. Bryant Hutchins, 42, of Edgecomb, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, theft by unauthorized taking and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/25 at 7:03 p.m. Francis Kunzmann, 58, of Lewiston, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Michael Armstrong on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, operating with a suspended or revoked license and obscuring license plates.

5/26 at 6:13 a.m. Mahdi B. Ali, 24, of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Zachary Quadland on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/27 at 2:19 a.m. Randy L. Aldrich, 41, of Westbrook, was arrested on Westbrook Street by Officer Zachary Quadland on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, outstanding warrants from other agencies, violating conditions of release and failure to give a correct name, address or date of birth.

5/27 at 4:04 p.m. Adam Smith, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Market Street by Officer Kim Theriault on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/28 at 12:48 a.m. Jason T. Scott, 27, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Gerrish on a charge of operating under the influence. 

5/28 at 2:02 a.m. Innocent Ochan, 22, of Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Geoffrey Edwards on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

5/28 at 10:30 p.m. Tori Strain, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on High Street by Officer Kim Theriault on charges of disorderly conduct, false public alarm and misuse of the 911 system.

5/30 at 6:16 a.m. Keywion A. Brown, 29, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Zachary Quadland on a charge of operating without a license.
