SANFORD – The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police June 11 to June 17:

• Jennifer Spencer-McKenzie, 35, Lebanon, was arrested and charged with driving to endanger and violating conditions of release following a crash on Main Street.

• Paul Michael Casey,  33, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant following a vehicle stop at Pioneer Avenue and Emery Street.

• Heath W. Travis,  27, Shapleigh, was issued a summons charging he exceeded the speed limit by 30 m.p.h. or more.

• Brendan J. Lachance, 33, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on School Street.

• Olivia Ayotte, 22, Springvale, was issued a summons charging unsworn falsification on Island Avenue.

• Richard R. Roberge, 67, Springvale, was issued a summons charging he failed to register his vehicle for more than 150 days.

• Carrielynn M. Johnson, 43, Sanford, was issued a summons charging assault on Main Street.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
