WELLS  — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from June 13 to June 17:

• Claire Boynton, 25, of Sanford, was issued a summons on two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs following an investigation stemming from a motor vehicle crash on Nov. 16, 2018. She is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Aug. 20 to answer the charges.

• Brandon Daigle, 19, of Alfred, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence and violating conditions of release following a traffic stop on Sanford Road. He was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Aug. 20 to answer the charges.

• Sebastian Ruscansky, 48, of Wells, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on the underlying charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug. He was able to post the required bail and was released from Wells Police custody. He is scheduled to appear at Springvale District Court on Aug. 1 to answer the charge.

• Michael McDermott, 52, of Wells, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was able to post the required bail and was released from Wells Police custody. He is scheduled to appear at Biddeford District Court on July 3 to answer the charge.

• Susan Baracco, 56, of Kennebunkport, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence following a traffic stop on Post Road. She was released from Wells Police custody on her own recognizance and is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Aug. 20 to answer the charge.

• Hannah Gundlah, 24, of York, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration following a traffic stop on Post Road. She is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Aug. 20 to answer the charge.

• Joseph Skibicki, 67, of Wells, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence following a traffic stop on Bypass Road. He was released on his own personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear at York District Court on Aug. 20 to answer the charge.

• Lorrie Incavo, 70, of Lyons, Illinois, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence following a citizen complaint and subsequent traffic stop on Sanford Road. She was able to post the required bail and was released from Wells Police custody. She is scheduled to appear at York District Court on July 16 to answer the charge.

• Anthony Forziati, 21, of Berwick, was arrested on behalf of the South Berwick Police Department for violation of a protective order. He was subsequently transferred to the custody of the South Berwick Police Department.

• Zachary Jewett, 30, of Saco, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. He was unable to post the required bail and was remanded to the York County Jail.
