BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from July 15 to July 20:
• Denise M. Ruel, 51, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Jason M. Provencher, 44. of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for drinking in public.
• Michael Bridges, 59, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for indecent conduct.
• Jason L. Humiston, 36, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct, fighting.
• Theodore H. Ware, 33, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct, fighting and another summons for criminal mischief.
• Mathew M. Rogde, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
• Jonathan Payeur, 30, of Biddeford, was arrested for theft by deception and theft by insurance deception.
• April A. Robinson, 36, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• Alieshia Elwell, 23, of Swanville, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Andrew P. Martinolich, 32, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).
• James A. McNeill, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Patrick S. Holtby, 27, of Lebanon, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked with a prior offense.
• Katina M. Fronk, 43, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.
• Rosemary L. Peterson, 33, of Brownsfield, was arrested for the sale/use of drug paraphernalia, two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and three outstanding arrest warrants.
• Michelle L. Mendoza, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• John E. McDonald, 32, of Sanford, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting) and a probation hold.
• Brandon H. Morris, 35, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Everett W. McKinnon, 54, of Saco was arrested for being a fugitive from justice.
• Patricia C. Parks, 55, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
• Amy L. Strout, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
• Mustafa A. Hamdi, 29, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
• Cameron Houde, 19, of Dayton, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Gavon D, Power, 20, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Hannah J. Pinney, 20, of Oakland, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Kelly McCann, 20, of Northborough, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• McKenzie Dougherty, 20, of Westbrook. was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
• Tara Ahluwalia, 20, of Scarborough, was issued a summons for a minor consuming liquor.
