OLD ORCHARD BEACH —The Old Orchard Beach Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or issued a summons from July 5 to July 7, 2019.

• Mac’Oneil Katihabwa, 18, of Portland, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and refusing to submit to arrest.

• Tyler Janvrin, 26, of Rochester, New Hampshire was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

• El Shadai, Ngandu, 22, of Portland, was arrested and charged with obstructing public ways.

• Stephen Ochan, 22, of Portland, was arrested and charged with obstructing public ways.

• Eric Rummel, 31, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested and charged with violating a protective order.

• Ellen Quibell, 22, of Dansville, New York was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Mary Haines, 22, of Longmeadow, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Sherry Fletcher, 52, of Westbrook, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license.

• Peter Penor, 25, of Granville, New York was issued a summons for operating a vehicle without a license and refusing to submit to arrest.

• Stranahan, 23, of Lynn, Massachusetts was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault.

• Michele Rosselli, 23, of Melrose, Massachusetts was issued a summons for violating town ordinance prohibiting urination in public or outdoors.

• Alexander Arlos, 21, of Cambridge, Massachusetts was issued a summons for consuming marijuana in a public place.

• Edward Owuor, 20, of Everett, Massachusetts was issued a summons for marijuana possession by a person under 21.

• Jayme Groux, 20, of Everett, Massachusetts was issued a summons for marijuana possession by a person under 21.

• Norman Garcia, 20, of Everett, Massachusetts was issued a summons for marijuana possession by a person under 21.

• Scott Stevens, 25, of Hudson, New Hampshire was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Tyler Griffin, 25, of Southbridge, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Kayla Morataya, 18, of Framingham, Massachusetts was issued a summons for minor consuming liquor.

• Hunter Grantham, 26, of Newton, New Hampshire was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Anthony Planty, 19, of Kingston, New Hampshire was issued a summons for minor possesssing liquor and failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth.

• John Francavilla, 25, of Haverhill, Massachusetts was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

• Mark Spivey, 30, of Orange, Massachusetts was issued a summons for criminal threatening.

• Michael Deschaine, 41, of Hinsdale, New Hampshire was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Aaron Fortin, 29, of Lyman was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Eric Orschel, 37, of Old Orchard Beach was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Allison Tabone, 21, of Spencerport, New York was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Kara Weiske, 24, of Portland was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Sean Caron, 28, of Ludlow, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.

• Justin Delonge, 33, of Chicopee, Massachusetts was issued a summons for drinking in public.
