The Voices in Harmony Choir’s 19th season has four choirs and are open for new singers.

Choirs will learn songs from the movies for the Dec. 13 and Dec. 14 concerts with two professional soloists and musicians.  Everyone is welcome to register to sing.  Voices in Harmony is preparing for a 20th anniversary year in 2020 with two concerts and a trip to Greece.

Camille Saucier founded this community choral program nearly 20 years ago and currently serves as the President Elect for Maine’s American Choral Director’s Association.  Saucier directs the Children’s Choir (grades 4-8), Mixed Choir (HS- adults) & Inner Voices Choir (an auditioned all female jazz & contemporary choir).  Elementary Music Specialist, Renovia Day joins the VIH team this fall and will direct the Little Voices Choir for 1st – 3rd graders.  Vocalists Kelly Caufield & Nathaniel Menifield will share their amazing voices in concert on special features such as ‘Glory’ from Selma and ‘Over the Rainbow’ from the Wizard of Oz. Steve Boutet has been the pianist for VIH since year three.
Rehearsals begin the week of Sept. 10 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Saco.
