WELLS  — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Wells Police from Aug. 2 to Aug. 25, 2019:

• Matthew S. Kellett, 55, of Wells, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following suspension after officers investigated a minor accident in the parking lot of Mike’s Clam Shack located on Post Road. He was given a Sept. 17 court date in York District Court.

• Daniel Norris 42, of Boston, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for criminal speeding after he was observed by officers traveling 72 mph in a posted 35 mph zone on Post Road in the area of the U.S. Post Office. He was given a Nov. 19 court date at York District Court.

• Robert Gorski 27, of Tewksbury, Massachusetts, was arrested at a local construction site as a fugitive from justice at the request of Tewksbury Massachusetts Police. There was an active extraditable warrant of arrest from Tewksbury, Massachusetts charging Gorski with burglary. He was held without bail and remanded to the York County Jail where he will await an extradition hearing back to Massachusetts.

• Scott G. Nacheman, 46, of Chicago, Illinois, was arrested and charged with assault and criminal mischief after officers responded to Webhannet Drive and investigated an argument between Nacheman and a taxi driver over the price of the fare. It was alleged Nacheman assaulted the driver and slashed one of his tires. He was released on bail and assigned a court date at York District Court. He was released on bail and given a Sept. 17 court date at York District Court.

• Clayton G. Langill Jr., 62, of Wells, was arrested on an outstanding Springvale District Court Warrant of Arrest charging failure to appear after he was stopped by officers for speeding on Preble Street. He was released on $155 posted bail and given a Sept. 10 court date in Springvale District Court.

• Lateesha R. Emmons 23, of Sanford was arrested on an active Springvale District Court Warrant of Arrest charging failure to appear after being stopped by officers for speeding on Sanford Road. She was released on the posted bail amount of $250 and was given a Sept. 24 court date in Springvale District Court.

• Joseph Carroll, 39, of Saco, was arrested while on Sanford Road at the request of Saco Police on an active warrant of arrest charging criminal threatening.

• Jay M. Drury, 72, of Cape Neddick, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence after officers investigated a non-injury accident in the area of Spring Street and Bourne Avenue. He was refused bail and was remanded to the York County Jail. He was given a Sept. 17 court date at York District Court.

• Timothy J. Crooker, 31, of Buzzard Bay, Massachusetts, was issued a summons operating a motor vehicle without a license after being stopped by officers for speeding on Sanford Road. He was given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Elie Mayez Ibrahim, 49, of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with assault on a juvenile female after officers investigated an assault complaint at the Boardwalk Arcade located on Mile Road. He was released on bail and given a Sept. 17 court date at York District Court.

• Joshua A. Pabst, 34, of New Hampton, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence after being stopped by officers on Post Road for erratic operation. He was later released on $300 cash bail and was given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Kristin M. Fraser, 28, of Kennebunk was arrested after a traffic stop by officers on Post Road and charged with operating under the influence. She was later released on $200 cash bail and given a Sept. 17 court date in York District Court.

• Kim C. Phillips, 50, of Portland, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence after being stopped for speeding by officers on Post Road near Drakes Island Road. She was later released on personal recognizance and given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Daniel J. Donlon, 35, of Weld, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle after suspension after being stopped by officers on Sanford Road for a Stop Sign violation. He was given an Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Seth E. Newsome, 29, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license after being stopped by officers for speeding on Drakes Island Road. He was given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Anthony K. Chandler, 42, of Miami Beach, Florida, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license after a traffic stop on Sanford Road. He was given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Erin J. Wells 47, of Stratford, Connecticut, was issued a summons for operating without a license after being stopped by officers for speeding on ByPass Road. She was given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Walter J. Angulo, 30, of West Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release and possession of a scheduled drug after being stopped by officers for speeding on Swamp John Road. No bail was allowed and he was remanded to the York County Jail. He has an Oct. 11 court date in Alfred Superior Court.

• Shawn M. Sage, 30, of Lebanon, was arrested on a York District Court Warrant of Arrest charging failure to pay a fine while at 20 Sanford Road. He was released on $295 cash bail and was given a Sept. 18 court date in York District Court.

• Kyle D. Sisson, 28, of Sanford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and failure to give notice of an accident by quickest means after officers responded to and investigated an accident at Route 9 and Littlefield Road. Sisson had left the scene and located walking west on Route  9 about a mile from the accident. There were no injuries. He was given an Nov. 19 court date in York District Court and released on personal recognizance.

• Paul A. Ford, 54, of York Harbor was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and violation of conditional release after a traffic stop by officers on Crediford Road. He was remanded to the York County Jail and given a Sept. 17 court date in York District Court.

• Edward J. Thomas, 58, of Peabody, Massachusetts, was arrested for OUI Drugs after being stopped for speeding on Sanford Road. He was released on Personal Recognizance and given an Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.

• Stacey M. Thomas, 34, of Otis, Massachusetts was arrested and charged with operating under the influence after being stopped on Post Road by officers for erratic operation. She was released on $300 cash bail and given a Sept. 17 court date in York District Court.

• Dylan K. Forant, 20, of New Gloucester, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle following license suspension after officers stopped him on Mile Road after numerous complaints of disorderly conduct while in the area of Easter Shore Parking Lot at the end of Atlantic Avenue. He was given a Nov. 19 court date in York District Court.
