KENNEBUNKPORT — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Kennebunkport Police from Aug. 17 to Sept. 1, 2019:

• Gregory Landorf, 30, of New York City, was arrested after officers contacted him on Turbatt’s Creek Road. He was taken to the Kennebunkport Police Department where he was charged with three counts of illegal possession of scheduled drugs and the sale/use of drug paraphernalia. He was released and is due to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Oct. 9 to answer the charges.

• Keith Chasse, 44, of Kennebunk, was issued a summons for attaching false plates after the above violation was observed by officers on Maine Street. He is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District on Oct. 9 to answer the charge.

• Maxwell Graves, 22, of Sanford, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on Old Cape Road. He also was issued a summons for failure to provide evidence of current insurance.

• Heather Keppeler, 50, of Arundel, was issued a summons for exceeding the posted speed limit after the above violation was observed by officers on North Street.

• Lauren Bertrand, 29, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and for violating conditions of release after she was stopped for an unrelated motor vehicle violation by officers on Mills Road. She is scheduled to appear at the Biddeford District Court on Nov. 6 to answer the charges.

Arrests and summons issued by police do not constitute guilt, they are a charge issued by a law enforcement agency and individuals are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
