SANFORD – The following people were arrested or charged by Sanford Police Sept. 12 through Sept. 23, 2019:

• Haley Priscilla Lapoint, 21, Alfred, was arrested on a warrant at the intersection of Main and Essex streets.

• Emily A. Hanson, 27, Sanford., was issued a summons on Berwick Avenue charging she failed to register her vehicle for more than 150 days.

• Jennifer A. Wade-Boilard, 44, Sanford, was issued a summons charging assault on Brook Street.

• Heather Ashley Mullen, 32, Sanford, was issued a summons charging theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release on Heritage Crossing.

• Kent Andrew Corey, 36, Lebanon, was issued a summons charging operating after suspension on Brook Street.

• Matthew A. Dupuis, 30, Springvale, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault on Nathan Court.

• Benjamin Ryan Hall, 24, Sanford., was arrested and charged with eluding an officer. OAS and driving to endanger following a vehicle crash on Stanley Road.

• Mark Alan Barton, 41, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant ,and was also charged with violating conditions of release., unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Prescott Street.

• Timothy J. Boguzewski, 42, Sanford, was issued a summons charging he attached false license plates to a vehicle on Main Street.

• Eric Lanigan, 35, Springvale, was issued a summons on Main Street charging OAS.

• Marvin Alexander Romero, 27, Sanford, was issued a summons charging OAS on Old Mill Road.

• Bato Lapointe Jr., 47, Biddeford, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.

• John L. Sigouin, 69, Sanford. Was issued a summons on Heritage Crossing charging he left the scene of a property damage accident.

• James A. Robinson., 29, Sanford, was arrested on Riverside Avenue and charged with harassment by telephone.

• Kelsey D. Policastro, 26, Sanford, was arrested on a warrant on High Street, and was and also charged with domestic violence assault, aggravated criminal trespass, assault, refusing to submit to arrest and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

• Deena M. Dumaine, 36, Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on a warrant on Harding Street and was also charged with aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs. During the same incident, Michael P. Grenier, 38, Sanford, was arrested and charges as a fugitive from justice, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs, and operating a vehicle without a license.

• Ronald Seth Johnson, 45, transient, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, refusing to submit to arrest, terrorizing and assault on School Street.

• Jeremy Card. 42, Kennebunk, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and assault on Minerva Avenue.
