CAPE ELIZABETH — Judy’s Food Pantry at Cape Elizabeth United Methodist Church will be open 3-5 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month during the winter.
The pantry is free of charge for Cape Elizabeth residents who have limited resources and are struggling to maintain a healthy diet. Participants include those on Social Security or disability, single parents with children, large families, and those who have lost jobs or have high medical expenses.
The produce at Judy’s Food Pantry is donated by local farms and community gardens. To donate nonperishable items, bring them to the church at 280 Ocean House Road any weekday or Sunday morning and leave them in the pantry shopping cart inside the front entrance or in the basket by the side door near the chapel.
